New Private House: Ivystill, Ivystill Lane, St. Saviour
In 1996 Naish Waddington were commissioned to design a new private 4 bedroom house to replace an existing cottage riddled with damp problems and poor accommodation. The emphasis was to be a very contemporary design with lots of daylight, but using natural materials and soft, organic shapes. In particular, our clients were interested in an eco-friendly approach with very high levels of insulation and minimal running costs. The project was successfully completed in 2007.
