Naish Waddington have just obtained planning permission for a stunning new contemporary 4-bedroom house right on the beach at La Rocque Point. An internal glazed atrium is central to the design concept  and provides light, space, plenty of fresh sea air and open plan modern family living.

Whilst the design is ultra-modern it is also eco-friendly and Jersey-relevant in its use of local pink granite.

We are really delighted that Planning have granted consent for this exciting project, as these world-class beachfront sites in Jersey really do deserve the best modern architecture..............
