Jersey's largest office building - 31 October 2007

Naish Waddington’s plans for Jersey’s largest ever single office building got official Planning Permission this week. The 6-storey, 100,00sqft new building fronts both the Esplanade and Seaton Place.

Significantly, it has been designed to unprecedented environmental standards and is set to achieve a BREEAM rating of around 63, or “Very Good”.
